QBop — Privacy Policy
Jennysoft ("the Company") provides the mobile application QBop ("the App", available on Android and iOS) and values your privacy. This policy explains what information is processed while you use the App, and its purpose, retention, and any sharing with third parties. The App requires no sign-up or login, and the Company does not store your personal information on any account or backend server of its own.
1. Information We Process
The App can be used without registration. The following information may be processed.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information. You may grant, deny, or revoke the location permission in your device (Android/iOS) settings; if denied, location-based features such as nearby search are limited.
2. Where Information Is Processed (Third-Party Services)
- On device: App settings, last search coordinates, ad-free status, etc. are stored only on your device and are not sent to the Company's servers.
- Kakao: To search nearby businesses and fetch details, the App calls the Kakao Local API; your query and coordinates are sent to Kakao. Kakao's privacy policy applies.
- Google: Advertising (AdMob) and Google Play in-app purchases. Google's privacy policy applies.
- Apple: App Store in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies.
3. Retention
- Locally stored data: removed when the App is uninstalled or when you clear the App's data.
- In-app purchase records: retained by App Store / Google Play for periods required by those stores and applicable law, and as needed for dispute/refund handling.
4. Sharing and Processing by Third Parties
The Company does not sell your personal information. To provide the service, it uses the third-party services below (including overseas providers), and information may be transmitted to and processed by them.

5. Your Rights
- Access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information (including clearing App data)
- Location & advertising identifiers: reset permissions/advertising ID in device (Android/iOS) settings; deny "App Tracking" requests on iOS
- In-app purchases: subject to App Store / Google Play order history and refund policies
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 14, and we may cease processing information for users identified as under that age.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as laws or the service change; material changes will be posted in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
